Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform exterior refresh and site work to three single family units.

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of windows and doors, roofs, gutters, downspout, soffit, facia, siding, exterior, step & landing, fencing, central exhaust motor & fan; electrical work, crawlspace upgrade, waterproofing of exterior wall foundation; and site work.
Units will be occupied during construction.

For suppliers who wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the Project Manager Leo Sandirasegaram at leo.sandirasegaram@gov.mb.ca.
Anyone entering the community requires approval from the community of Cross Lake. Approval is not guaranteed and the site visit is dependant on this.
Manitoba Housing provides all tenants 48 hours notice prior to entering a unit. All Bidders requesting to view the interior of an occupied site must allow Manitoba Housing time to provide notice to the tenants.

Deadline for questions is March 9, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at el.delacruz@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at Leo.Sandirasegaram@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.

Bid submission deadline is March 16, 2021 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
