Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting engineering companies to provide services for the work described herein and for the City of Steinbach to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose proposal is judged to serve the best interests of the City of Steinbach.

The study generally consists of creating a model of the City’s existing wastewater collection system, assessing any shortfalls within the City’s existing wastewater collection system and proposing solutions that correct these shortfalls.

One (1) electronic copy (in PDF format with a file size no larger than 10 Megabytes) of each Proposal must be received before 11:00 AM, Central Time, on March 15, 2021 to the e-mail address on the front cover of this RFP. The e-mail subject line should be clearly marked with the name of the Contractor and “2021 Wastewater Collection System Modelling Study".
Responses received after the date and time set out on the front cover of this RFP will not be accepted.
