Description

The main objective of this RFP is to enable VIA to have the tools necessary for the timely and efficient recruitment of high-quality candidates thereby positively impacting both engagement and retention.
To that end, VIA is seeking services that include:
•            A Predictive On-line Recruitment Platform / Pre-selection tool (refer to Component 1);
•            A Technical Skills Testing Portal (refer to Component 2);
•            Face to Face Psychological Evaluation Services (refer to Component 3)
Important: This RFP is divided into three (3) distinct components. Service Providers may choose to submit a proposal for any one or all of these components. Components have been combined into a single RFP for the sole reason that they represent complementary services.
