Description

As part of the WSPS Digital Transformation Strategy, WSPS is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (Microsoft Partners eligible for FastTrack Deployment desired) to drive the migration of our existing on-premises e-mail and chat services, redefining how WSPS conducts business both internally and externally in a more collaborative and effective manner, to M365. WSPS also seeks a proposal for a Microsoft Teams-certified native mode Contact Centre software add-in that is compatible with MS365 Calling Plans and Dynamics365.

The successful Proponent is expected to manage the technical and operational aspects of the migration from planning, design, configuration, and execution of the goals and scope outlined in the RFP. This includes, but is not limited to vendor assistance in Contact Centre add-in planning, integration, activation, and knowledge transfer to our Customer Care Team.
