Capital Power is in the process of evaluating its use of the existing space at the EPCOR Tower and Gulf Canada Square as it relates to employees returning to the office in a hybrid/flexible format with the emphasis on collaboration. We currently occupy 97,271 sqft on 4 floors of the EPCOR Tower at 10423-101 Street, Edmonton AB, T5H 0E9 and 5,800 sqft on 1 floor of the Gulf Canada Square at Suite 1200, 401 - 9 Avenue SW - Calgary, AB T2P 3C5. We are requesting information related to how your company have provided help with employers who are looking at reintegrating their employees from a remote working from home environment and transitioning into a hybrid/flexible model.
