Description

This Request for Standing Offers (the “RFSO”) is an invitation by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective proponents to submit Standing Offers for the supply & delivery of various trees & shrubs on as needed basis as further described in (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The selected proponent(s) will be requested to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize an agreement with Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority’s for the provision of the Deliverables. The terms and conditions found in the Form of Agreement (Appendix A) are to form the basis for commencing negotiations between Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority and the selected proponent(s). It is the intention of Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to enter into an agreement “as and when required” basis for a period of (3) Three Years with the option to extend the agreement for another 1 year upon mutual agreement. Service is anticipated to commence in June 2021. It is the intention of the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with up to the (8) Eight highest ranked proponent(s) as a result of this RFSO. Work will be “as and when required”.
