Description

Retrofit 2,062 flourescent lamps with T8 ballast free LED lamps. Preferred lamps are Sylvania Bulb item #75007 (as per attached lamp info).
Electrical Contractor is responsible for:
1. Complete application for Business Lighting Incentive Rebate within 30 days of project completion with the rebate paid to Western School Division.
2. Manitoba Hydro Permit and Certificate of Approval.
3. Replacement and installation of broken light sockets.
4. Replacement and installation of light diffusers and/or lenses damaged during lamp replacement.
5. Provide WCB Certificate of Clearance.
6. Attend onsite visit at 9:00 A.M. Friday April 30, 2021.
Project Start date - July 5, 2021 with completion no later than July 30, 2021.
