- Subcontracts over $100,000 are required to use EllisDon's SUBcentre project management system; All contractors will be subject to a non-negotiable Gate Three fee: For contracts between $100,000 - $1,000,000, the rate is $99.00/month; For contracts greater than $1,000,000, the rate is $1,200/year for the duration the contract until all payments been released.
