Description

Sealed tenders for the following PL22TFH001 Contract will be received by the Timber Sales Manager, BC Timber Sales, Kootenay Business Area, 1907 Ridgewood Road, Nelson, BC, V1L 6K1, up to 1:30 PM (local time) on November 10, 2020, at which time tender submissions will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

A MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING for bidders will be held on October 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM (MST) / 9:00 AM (PST). The meeting will be held via Skype and pre-registration for this meeting is mandatory.
To register, bidders must send an email to Stacey Jacobs no later than 3:00 PM (MST) / 2:00 PM (PST) October 19, 2020. The email must clearly identify the full legal name of the Bidder, and if a representative is to attend a letter of authorization must be included. The Bidder must attend for the duration of the Information Meeting and must identify himself or herself to the Ministry representative.
