Detailed Description
Specific project Deliverables include, but are not limited to:
1) Detailed review of all prior studies, peer review, and an analysis of any information gaps or other shortcomings;
2) The preparation of detailed work plans for each of the Three (3) Former Tower Sites considering the geographic location and challenges experienced in prior engagements. The work plan must address all areas of concern;
3) Assembly of a project management team with experience and technical knowledge to achieve objectives;
4) The preparation of Environmental Site Investigations, updated Due Diligence Risk Assessments and Subsurface Delineation;
5) The identification of Remedial/Risk Management Options Evaluation and Indicative Estimate of Liability; and
6) The preparation of Draft and Final reports for all Environmental Site Investigations, Due Diligence Risk Assessments, and Remedial/Risk Management Options Analysis to meet regulatory requirements.
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes environmental site investigations/assessments to fill data gaps to complete the delineation and to support the design of viable treatment and/or containment options of contaminants; identify viable remedial options and update the existing due diligence risk assessments for three (3) former remote telecommunication tower sites located in northern Ontario
