Re: Heritage Plaque Program Extension

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with George H. Hewitt Co for the provision of the Heritage Plaque Program Extension.

Based on the success of the Heritage Plaque Program, The City of Vancouver intends to
contract for an additional two years with George H. Hewitt Co.

George H. Hewitt Co has been the supplier for The City of Vancouver's Heritage Plaque program since 1990 and is already familiar with the requirements and specifications.

The contract is valued at approximately $46,000 with an option to renew for three (3) successive - 1 (one) year extensions upon written approval from the City.
