Description

The Vancouver Island Regional Library is inviting responses from qualified Contractors for janitorial services, for its Qualicum Beach Branch located at 101-660 Primrose, Qualicum Beach.

The floor area is approximately 6842 square feet.

Mandatory Site Meeting
Attendance is mandatory for those submitting Quotations. A one-time mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for:

Date: Thursday October 29th, 2020
Location: 101-660 Primrose St., Qualicum Beach, BC

As proof of attendance, at the site meeting Proponents MUST sign the mandatory attendance form. It is the responsibility of each Proponent to ensure they have signed the attendance form upon arrival. Quotations submitted by Proponents who have not attended the site meeting or failed to sign the attendance form will be rejected.
