REQUIREMENT: The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Centre for Plant Health, Sidney Laboratory Infrastructure has requirement for one (1) robotics workstation for nucleic acid extractions and one (1) robotics workstation for HTS DSRNA-Seq libraries.

It is MANDATORY that delivery and installation is completed on or before June 30, 2021. However, bidders are also requested to provide their best delivery date in weeks ARO.

It is MANDATORY that training is completed on or before September 30, 2021.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
