Description

This Request for Proposal is being issued on behalf of the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry. The Department of Surgery is a complex clinical department that has over 250 members including surgeons, researchers and support staff. The Department is seeking firms with demonstrated experience in similar environments to provide strategic support for leadership development, change management and team cohesiveness.
