Description

ARMA intends to commercially procure or enter into a license agreement for the proposed software from the successful Proponent through standard means as defined by the vendor. Once an agreement for the software is reached, ARMA intends to engage the successful Proponent (or, in place thereof, a chosen subcontractor) to perform the scope of work.
