Description

This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) is an invitation to participate in the pre-qualification of potential respondents for the procurement of electricity for the Division. The intent is to accept proposals from qualified electricity retailers to pre-qualify for the RFP process to provide budgetary, invoicing, online reporting, and electricity commodity consumption requirements.
