A SITE REVIEW WILL BE HELD AT 38-44 TAYLOR AVE ON OCTOBER 28 2020 AT 10:00AM. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR REVIEW OF EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE - BUILDINGS DIVISION REPRESENTATIVES AND ALL THE CONSULTANTS PRESENT AND AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ARISING FROM THE REVIEW OF THE SITE AND THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. BIDDERS WILL HAVE TO RESPECT APPLICABLE COVID 19 SAFETY MEASURES AT THE SITE VISIT.
