Description

The intent of this request for proposal is to describe the soil treatment system and how it connects with the landfill operations to allow proponents to best determine their operational strategy and revenue model.
It is believed that the results reported are reasonably accurate but there will need to be discussion on a detailed level as to your conceptual drawings and design costing schedule.
The Authority will at no time provide operational assistance, marketing assistance, reclamation, or remediation to the successful proponent during their operational term.
