MacEwan University is seeking a Proponent with demonstrated experience in providing Filtration Systems (Air Filters) as specified in the RFP document.
It is the intent of MacEwan University to obtain Proposals from Proponents on their capability, methodology and related experience in providing Filtration System; (Air Filters).
MacEwan University expects to select an experienced and capable supplier to provide the Filtration System (Air Filters) and enter into an Agreement for a term of 5 years from Feb 01, 2021 to Jan 31, 2026 (3 years with fixed cost and last 2 years with a % increase). In addition, there will be the option to extend the agreement for an additional 3-year term.
For the purpose of this Request for Proposal, Proponents are instructed to propose as specified or equivalent to the specifications provided, ensuring the best option for the site.
