Description

British Columbia Lottery Corporation ("BCLC") is the Crown Corporation which conducts and manages commercial gaming in British Columbia in accordance with the Gaming Control Act (BC) and the Criminal Code. B.C. Lottotech International Inc. ("BCLII") is a wholly owned subsidiary of BCLC. If this solicitation is issued by BCLII, references to BCLC throughout are deemed to be references to BCLII.

Purpose:
The purpose of this Request for Information (the "RFI") is to receive information regarding the concept, design, implementation, operation, support and management of a single scalable and reusable 'customer' (henceforth typically referred to as 'player') digital identity (usually associated with the capability Customer Identity and Access Management "CIAM"). This information can include (but may not be limited to) answers to prescribed questions that reference suggested or prescribed people or resources, and technology (including software and supporting delivery models) along with organizational change and/or best practices that may be adopted at BCLC.
