RFP Overview
While this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by EPCOR, all services, equipment, prices, terms and conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the “Reply”, as defined below) may, at EPCOR’s sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below).

The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

The Work calls for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required for the supply and delivery of Precast Concrete Sewer Pipe & Fittings to various locations in the Edmonton Metropolitan area on an, if, as and when required basis in accordance to the Specifications outlined in Schedule “D” Precast Concrete Sewer Pipe & Fittings Specifications.
EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply.
