Description

The Edmonton Catholic Separate School Division (hereafter called “ECSD”) invites you to submit a bid for the Boiler and Condenser Replacement project at St. Cecilia School. The project includes the development of an execution plan to indicate how to phase or complete the project while keeping one of the boilers operating until one of the new boilers is complete. Execution plan to include a high-level schedule of major activities for complete system as described in the Project Drawings and Specifications, as well as commissioning. It is the intent of this
project, that the contractor must supply all necessary equipment, parts and labor for a complete functioning system. Successful
Bidder will be required to submit a level 3 construction schedule.
