Description

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking a Contractor to administer claims for loss and/or damages to household effects (HHE) and private motor vehicles (PMVs) on behalf of DFATD in accordance with the Foreign Service Directives (FSDs). The FSDs are the system of benefits and allowances which apply to employees being posted abroad on behalf of the Government of Canada. Within the FSDs, there is FSD 15-Relocation which provides for the shipment of HHE and PMVs to and from Canada, and in between international locations if required, as well as storage in the National Capital Region (NCR).
