Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking qualified supplier to supply and deliver safety coveralls and overalls on an as-required basis.
• Schedule A: Dark Blue Safety Coverall - Fleet;
• Schedule B: Navy & Orange Safety Coverall – All Department;
• Schedule C: Fire Resistant Navy & Orange Safety Coverall – All Department;
• Schedule D: Navy & Orange Safety Overall – All Departments;
• Schedule E: Orange Safety Coverall – All Departments;
• Schedule F: Fire Resistant Orange Safety Coverall – All Departments;
• Schedule G: Orange Safety Overalls – All Departments
• Schedule H: Other Options

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, two times for two (2) years each time. The potential total contract length is five (5) years.
