Description

The University proposes to install new Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems in Stack No.1 and Stack No.2, which provide exhaust gas emissions for five steam boilers at the University Heating Plant. Stack No. 1 is a 1968 vintage structure, while Stack No. 2 is a 2006 vintage structure. Both Stack No.1 and No.2 are 51.8 meters (170 feet) tall, with mid-balcony platforms at 39.6 and 38.6 meters, respectively, from grade.
