Description

The 7 catch basins at 395 Wellington (PANL) parking require repairs/replacements. The scope of work consists of replacing the structure, frame, grate as required per catch basin, repairing/replacing the sewer connection pipe and installation of a frost taper. Consultant to investigate and implement the option of adding new ashphalt layer in the two parking area and re-align the slope to the catch basins. Include parking painting design according to regular standards when new ashpalt is added. CCTV will need to take place in the stormwater pipes. Consultant to investigate the result of this CCTV inspection and determine whether new PVC pipes is required to be installed.
