For purposes of this proposal, the Town’s project consists of Upgrade to the current Arena facility and Outdoor Pool, the Town has completed conceptual work and high-level costing to enclose Arena and Outdoor Pool under one roof. Proposed Recreational Facility is to be constructed at the existing site and has limited available space. The Town wants current Arena and outdoor pool in operations during construction season.
