Description

There will be a non-mandatory site visit scheduled for December 12, 2020 at 08:00 am commencing at the first school, Avon View High School, 225 Payzant Drive Windsor B0N 2T0. Then to the remaining schools in sequence (as per bid form). Contractors are highly encouraged to attend this scheduled site visit as access outside of this site visit will not be provided.

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with Invitation to Quote (ITQ) Package 2020-28 Fibre Installation, Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education (AVRCE), for a Stipulated Price Contract in accordance with the ITQ Documents. This Invitation to quote may be awarded whole or in part to one or more vendors, with consideration of budget and operational requirements, at the sole discretion of the AVRCE.
