Description

The Municipality currently contracts a third-party (the “Incumbent Service Provider”) for the
operations, maintenance, and capital service requirements of its Wastewater Treatment Plant
(“WWTP”). The existing contract with the Incumbent Service Provider was intended to be
temporary until it could be replaced with a longer-term approach to address its service
requirements. The Municipality intends to work through an RFP process to identify the
Proponent(s) available to provide these Services, and evaluate and assess the merits of
potentially contracting a Proponent to deliver the services requirements of the Municipality.
