This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) is Canada’s national military university based in Kingston Ontario. RMC has within its mandate the provision to carry out research and other forms of support for the Department of National Defence (DND) and other government departments.

This requirement is to provide the RMC with the services of personnel to perform research activities, on an as and when requested bases, for a five year period: April 1, 2021 – March 31, 2026.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
