Description

Clearwater County invites tenders for our 2021, 4-way 18/14 Microduct order. Tenders are to be submitted no later than 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 29, 2021. Attached is a list of Clearwater County’s anticipated 2021, 4-way 18/14 Microduct requirements. Submitted tenders should include the following:
1. A price per meter and km and Total. Option 1: quote for 225 km’s, Option 2: quote for 350 Km with only one of these options being chosen.
2. 4-way 18/14 Microduct as shown below.
3. All quotes are to be F.O.B., Clearwater County Main Administration Building yard located at 4340-47th Avenue, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Must have the ability to unload fiber without assistance at the location stated above or within 10 km if requested.
4. All quotes are to be in Canadian funds.
5. Warranty, please explain in detail.
6. Delivery time frame must be stated. 50% of order required on location prior to April 1, 2021.
7. Clearwater County may purchase additional Mircroduct, additional purchases shall be at the tendered price.
8. Product country of origin, manufactured, produced.
