REQUIREMENT: Public Services and Procurement Canada, Esquimalt Graving Dock, has a requirement for one (1) Scissor Lift.

It is MANDATORY that delivery is completed on or before March 31, 2021. However, bidders are also requested to provide their best delivery date in weeks ARO.

This procurement is targeted to Canadian Black owned or led small businesses. It is part of a pilot program by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) that will inform the expanded use of targeted approaches to increase diversity in future procurements and support opportunity and economic growth for Black Canadians. Should a compliant bid not be received from a Canadian Black owned or led small business, bids from other companies will be considered.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
