Notice is hereby given by The First Nations Health Authority, of its intent to directly award an agreement (license renewal) with the following supplier to provide Oracle PeopleSoft Hyperion and other public sector financial licenses, etc.

Oracle Canada ULC

Missisauga, ON
L5R 4H1

FNHA intends to directly award a contract to Oracle Canada ULC for the following services of up to 7 years starting April 01, 2021.
· Oracle Hyperion Planning & Financial Applications
· PeopleSoft Enterprise eProcurement
· PeopleSoft Enterprise Expenses
· PeopleSoft Financials
· PeopleSoft Contract Management
· Any other applicable licenses associated with PeopleSoft

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection to the attention of Stephen Chan, by email before 4:00pm Pacific Time, February 02, 2021. The First Nations Health Authority will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration.
