Description

Work under this contract covers construction & Renovation of Banff Glyde Hall. 107 Tunnel Mountain Drive, Banff AB, Canada.

Work of this Bid Package comprises the construction required for completion of Bid Package No. 1 Glyde Hall Reclad Phase 2 and forms a part of the total Work required to complete the Project Work of this Bid Package includes, but is not limited to:
.1 Supply and installation of exterior cladding
.2 Supply and installation of replacement exterior doors and associated hardware
.3 Demolition
.4 Asbestos abatement and hazardous materials demolition and disposal
.5 Supply and installation of Painting.
.6 Supply and install of scaffold to be managed by Stuart Olson
.7 All LOA and travel costs are to be accounted for in the trade contractors quotes.
.8 All M&E requirements are to be provided directly by the Banff Centre.
