Description

This work entails, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing topsoil and subgrade material and the construction of separate concrete sidewalk, earthworks consistent with road subgrade conditioning and boulevard slope construction, installation of storm sewer, roadway construction including base, concrete and paving, permanent lane markings and signage and supply, installation of new streetlights and associated hardware and signal modifications.

All existing catch basins, manholes and valves in direct conflict with the construction of the road and sidewalk will require an adjustment.
The overall work is outlined in the attached summary from estimated quantities.
