Description

The Senate of Canada wishes to contract a supplier to acquire a commercial off the shelf (COTS) board management solution that will be used for two specific committees. The solution is intended to facilitate user-friendly and secure access to confidential documents and virtual meeting information, related to the work of a Senate committee, through a bilingual platform and perform the services. All enquiries regarding this RFP must be received by e-mail at: proc-appr@sen.parl.gc.ca by February 3, 2021, 11 AM EST, at the latest. Any communication or inquiries must be directed only to Kelly Shields, Senior Procurement Officer. Non-compliance with this condition for that reason alone may result in the disqualification of a bidders’ proposal.
