Description

Remove existing broken moveable wall between Sat9005 and SAT 9006. Replace with electric moveable wall with STC equal to or superior to 52. Remove bulkhead or build bulkhead if required. Investigate ceiling to confirm if closed and sealed properly between rooms. Perform STC testing to ensure installation provided has reached the STC requested. An IAR is required with a minimum of 3 options complete with Class D cost estimates. Consultant to investigate the capacity of the electrical panel in order to accept the electrical requirements of the new moveable wall. Consultant to ensure the air vents won’t impact closing and opening of the moveable wall.

Additional Bidding Instructions

BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. There is a page count limit for the bid submission to this RFP. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated.

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Proposal and will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Please note that cover pages and mandatory documents would be considered in the mandatory page count.
