Description

1. Open to all interested vendors
2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply and delivery of various bulk commodities including fertilizer, sand, mulch, seed, soil, red shale and compost as required to sustain the maintenance and operations of various parks across the city.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. it will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement(s) will be for an initial Term of two (2) years. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, at the sole discretion of The City, three (3) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total contract length is eight (8) years.
