Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified firm to provide upholstery services for Calgary Transit Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) and Urban Coach Fleet on an as if and when required basis.
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed, for three (3) additional two (2) year term, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years
