Notice is hereby given by BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. of its intent to procure the delivery of a temporary Salesforce support model, including providing application maintenance and support services for BCIB's Salesforce solution which will include incident management, bug fixes, testing and any Salesforce upgrades/patches; define the long term support model requirements; and transition to long term support model (knowledge transfer, update project documentation based on changes delivered as part of support etc.) from:

Estimated value: $45,000 CAD maximum
PwC is the only reasonable and qualified delivery mechanism for this support model because the vendor has specialized and professional knowledge, skills and experience that have been identified to match the particular circumstances of BCIB. The vendor developed the solution for BCIB and have been involved in the implementation phase of the project for the last 7 months. Additionally, the vendor has technical knowledge and expertise of the solution in use by BCIB and continuity of these system makes their services critically required. To ensure stability and maintenance of the system, given our internal limitations in Salesforce functional and technical capabilities, it would be beneficial that ongoing support is provided by the development team of the Vendor.

· At least 3 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.

· Experience in implementing candidate application and selection solutions on the Salesforce platform.
· Experience with Salesforce Dx and CI/CD automation tools.
· Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer
· Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
· Ability to conduct root cause analysis, design, and development for identified issues.
· Over 10 years of experience in technology.
· Experience with ITSM processes.
· Experience managing the implementation and support of candidate application and selection solutions on Salesforce.
· Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
· Experience defining and implementing support models for public sector organizations.
