Description

The purpose of this request for pre-qualification ("RFPQ") is to invite interested parties (the "Respondent") to submit Responses indicating their interests in, and qualifications for, becoming pre-qualified to participate in future procurement processes for roofing consultant services for capital projects carried out by the Board of Education of School District 38 (Richmond) (the "District").

The District's objective is to develop and maintain a list of a maximum of five (5) firms that are pre-qualified for roofing consultant services (the "Pre-Qualification List") for a period of three (3) years. Roofing consultant firms may be added to or removed from the Pre-Qualification List at any time, in the discretion of the District, regardless of whether it has participated in this RFPQ.
