21-020 - Electronic Timesheet Solution

BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. (BCIB) invites qualified proponents to submit their proposals to assist in the planning, design, implementation, integration, testing, training, and ongoing support of an Electronic Timesheet Solution (the "Solution"). The exact scope of Services is to be determined during performance of the Services in collaboration with BCIB. BCIB will work with the Contractor to develop and assess business requirements, design the Solution and roadmap (phased approach) that meets BCIB's budgetary and strategic objectives, and then develop and implement the Solution using agile development practices. The scope of services required is further described below:

This RFP covers all items related to an electronic timesheet Solution ("the Solution") with time and attendance tracking capabilities, including any related services or products that will interface with BCIB's current payroll system. This includes establishing business requirements (e.g. timesheet approval process, etc.), determining technical considerations (e.g. safety, privacy, security, etc.), Solution development, integration, implementation, testing (e.g. user experience, etc.), solution refinement, ongoing support, training, software subscription(s), and clock-in/out device purchase and/or lease. Proponents will be expected to have strong planning, advisory, change management, facilitation skills, functional expertise and proficiency in developing business requirements together with internal and external stakeholders.

Contract value: $200,000.00 CAD (exclusive of GST), for the first two (2) years of the agreement, with the ability for the winning Proponent to submit change requests, to be approved at BCIB's sole discretion as per BCIB's change management process.
