Description

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Kamloops Fire Rescue (KFR) Master Plan (the "Plan").

Deliverables include but not limited to:

· Current State Analysis,
· Best Practice Benchmarking,
· Future Demand Scenario Modeling,
· Needs Assessment,
· Key Themes and Recommendations, and
· Final Report.

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) Year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) separate one (1) year term options.
