Requirement: The Contractor is required to provide Canada on behalf of the Parliamentary Precinct Branch (PPB) of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PS&PC) with the National Flag of Canada (outdoor use) in various sizes and in strict accordance with the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) Standard CAN/CGSB-98.1-2018.

Deliveries: All firm deliverables are requested to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario commencing May 1, 2021 – the 15th day of the month as per the table in the solicitation document.

The delivery of the option quantities must commence within (to be determined by bidder) calendar days from receipt of the contract amendment.

Quantities: Firm Quantity Phased (Items 1, 2, and 3) 818 Flags to be delivered at various times throughout the year (delivery schedule detailed herein i.e. the 15th day of the month)

Enquiries: To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
