Description

Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation (OEFC) is an agency of the Province of Ontario. OEFC was created under Electricity Act, 1998 and reports to the Minister of Finance.
OEFC is seeking to procure technical and financial expertise to calculate price indices affecting certain non-utility generator contracts with OEFC.
Scope of Work
OEFC requires specialized technical and financial expertise to calculate price indices on a provisional, interim and final basis for each calendar year, as required under the non-utility generator power purchase agreements. As part of the calculation of price indices, memos must be prepared detailing the calculation of the price indices on a provisional, interim and final basis. The anticipated start date for the contract is July 2020, with a two-year term.
