The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the re-manufacture of used AM General/GEPTM 6.5 liter turbo diesel engines used in its fleet of High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV).

This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
