***Pre-qualified Architectural and Engineering Consultants***

Only Architectural firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care or Non Acute Projects greater than $150K may respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm not already prequalified for Acute Care or Non Acute Projects greater than $150K.

Sub-Consulting firms (including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural,) shall be selected from the Authority's Pre-qualified Engineers list.

***Site Visit***
Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, the Authority will not be hosting a site visit at this time. We encourage Proponents to use Google Earth to review the site.
