Description

The Sylvan Lake Regional Wastewater Commission is proceeding to construct an extension of the regional wastewater transmission line to the Summer Village of Sunbreaker Cove.
The Sylvan Lake Regional Wastewater Commission requires the services of a construction management consultant to complete and manage the construction phases of the Stage 4 of the 2019 Business Plan which involves the construction of a sewage lift station and installation of 5.6 kilometers of a transmission line. The project location and projected alignment are attached as appendix A.
The anticipated number of construction days is 110 days.

The date for proposal submission is 2:00 p.m. April 9, 2021. Two hard copies and one electronic copy of the proposal in Microsoft Word are required.

The proposals body of information is to be limited to 15 pages in length. Appendixes should contain the Project staff/references and hourly rates of staff. Electronic copies may be submitted by means of email to cao@sylvanlakeregional.com.

The Sylvan Lake Regional Wastewater Commission may interview those company officials that submit proposals.
