GEF Senior Housing’s focus is to provide affordable independent and supportive living for low to moderate income seniors.

GEF Seniors Housing is seeking a long-term strategic partner who has proven abilities in developing financial strategies and in delivering modern, high-performance buildings that meet the need of Canada’s evolving seniors and supportive living community. The scope of the proposed project is to provide senior friendly, environmentally friendly and a financially sustainable senior’s housing in the Elmwood community.
