Work under this Contract will comprise the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to secure, monitor and maintain the Yellowknife Crown Housing Inventory at a continual state of readiness and operability for PSPC Client Department occupation.

The estimated period of the Contract is one (1) year from start date with two (2) - one (1) year option periods.
